Passport Services at Hanover Township
Hanover Township is a "WALK-IN ONLY" Passport Acceptance Facility.
NO appointment is necessary.
We ask that the applicant collect and complete all of the application materials before arriving. Use the online form filler (DS-11) (DS-82) fill out the correct form and print it single sided before arriving or print a PDF of the form single sided and complete it by hand before arriving. Applicants can also stop by our office to pick up any application. All applications need to be filled out legibly in BLACK INK only. White out is NOT accepted. If you make an error you must complete a new form. Do not correct.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Tuesday 8:30AM to 7:00PM
Passport photos are available for $10 each (cash or credit).
NEW APPLICATIONS (DS-11 FORM)
- DS-11 New Application Form
- An Original Birth Certificate (and other original documents as required) will need to be submitted; they will be returned to you in a separate envelope.
- Identification (valid state driver's license, state ID, etc.) will need to be presented.
- One passport photo is required for each application.
- One check or money order is required for each application.
- Old passport (if applicable)
- DS-11 Acceptance Fee: $35 (cash or credit) per application.
RENEWAL APPLICATIONS (DS-82 FORM)
Passports are eligible for renewal if the passport is a 10-year adult passport and has not been expired for more than 5 years. Lost passports are not eligible for renewal and applicants who have lost their previous passport must reapply.
All passport renewal applications are completed by mail by the applicant
and must be mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

- Applicants most recent passport must be submitted with the application.
- Original Marriage Certificate or Court Order Name Change Document (if applicable).
