Caregiver Support Group

  • Monthly support group meets 4th Wednesday of every month at 10:30 AM.
  • We welcome unpaid caregivers who are caring for a spouse, a friend, or a loved one.
  • Meetings are either educational or open for discussion.
  • This group is facilitated by Katherine Ackley, Caregiver Resource Specialist

Memory Support Group

  • Monthly support group meets 2nd Friday of every month at 10:30 AM.
  • The group is designed for those with mild memory loss or those concerned over memory loss.
  • Meetings are educational or activities are planned to promote brain health.
  • This group is coordinated by Melissa Endean, Social Services Specialist.

Memory Café

  • Monthly support group meets 2nd Friday of every month at 12:00 PM.
  • The program is opened to caregivers and persons with mild memory loss or cognitive impairment.
  • All cafes are provided with light refreshments or lunch and will follow with an activity.
  • This group is coordinated by Thalia Robles, Social Services Specialist.
  • Funding for the Memory Cafe is provided in whole or in part by AgeOptions.

Grief Support Group

  • Monthly support group meets 3rd Thursday of every month at 1:30 PM.
  • The group is open to anyone who has experienced a loss in the past 12 months.
  • This group is facilitated by Trish Abbey, LCSW, C-HOPE Therapist.
  • A screening by C-HOPE Therapist is required prior to attending the support group. Please call (630) 483-5660 for screening.
