Then this Stress Busting Program is for you. The training is an evidence-based 9-part program proven to improve the quality of life of caregivers and help manage stress better. The training is held in-person at the Kenneth Young Center in Elk Grove Village. The program is facilitated by Katherine Ackley, Caregiver Resource Specialist, and Kenneth Young Center. The series continues through September 3rd.
