The health screenings will include blood pressure, heart rate, diabetes (blood sugar), anemia (hemoglobin), health education, health insurance information, medication review, resources and referrals.&nbsp;</p><p>You will also receive an additional item from the food pantry when you get a wellness screening.</p><p>Walk-ins welcome. To schedule an appointment, please call the Office of Community Health at (630) 483-5665 or email health@hanover-township.org.&nbsp;</p>
