The Office of Community Health is offering free health screenings at the Astor Avenue Community Center (7431 Astor Ave) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The health screenings will include blood pressure, heart rate, diabetes (blood sugar), anemia (hemoglobin), health education, health insurance information, medication review, resources and referrals.
You will also receive an additional item from the food pantry when you get a wellness screening.
