Join Hanover Township, Forest Preserves of Cook County, and Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison on Saturday, May 9 for the Kite Fest, in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
The free event will feature kite crafts, kite flying, nature activities, a bounce house, popcorn, snow cones, and a surprise animal visit provided by Brookfield Zoo's Animal Ambassador Program.
