Hanover Township Office of Community Health nurse will be providing free preventive wellness screenings at Centro de Informacion located at 6900 Barrington Road in Hanover Park from 2-4 PM.
The free wellness screening includes blood pressure, hemoglobin, glucose and heart rate.
Walk-ins welcome! No appointment necessary.
