Hanover Township Office of Community Health nurse will be providing free preventive wellness screenings at Centro de Informacion located at 6900 Barrington Road in Hanover Park.
The free wellness screening includes blood pressure, hemoglobin, glucose and heart rate.
Walk-ins welcome! No appointment necessary.
