Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare healthy meals and discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food. Bring containers so you can take samples home. 1/7 – Pina famous stuffed meatballs – served with pasta
1/21 – Seafood stuffed shells – creamy tomato soup, seafood salad
2/4 – Chicken thighs with goat cheese, sauce served with rice
