Two officers, convinced all women are fickle in love, had to plan to switch places and will each other's fiancés in disguise, but the women know exactly what they're up to from the start. Hilarity, and dazzling arias ensue in a 1930s-era seaside country club, where frothy costumes and splashy sets belie and undercurrent of distrust and deception. The duration of the opera is 3.5 hours long. Lunch is at Nonno Pino's before the opera. Payment due by January 8.
