January's selection is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. We are reading this classic novel about Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy, whose pride and misunderstandings stand in the way of love and happiness. We then watch the movie which stars Keira Knightley, Donald Sutherland, and Matthew Macfadyen. Runtime 2:09. Rated PG for some mild thematic elements (imdb.com). A light snack is served.
