Hanover Township Office of Community Health nurse will be providing free preventive wellness screenings at Streamwood Park District at 550 S Park Blvd, Streamwood IL 60107.
The free wellness screening includes blood pressure, hemoglobin, glucose and heart rate.
Walk-ins welcome! No appointment necessary.
