Hanover Township Office of Community Health nurse will be providing free preventive wellness screenings at Astor Avenue Community Center located at 7431 Astor Avenue in Hanover Park.
The free wellness screening includes blood pressure, hemoglobin, glucose and heart rate.
Walk-ins welcome! No appointment necessary.
