Hanover Township Office of Community Health nurse will be providing free preventive wellness screenings at Poplar Creek Library located at 1405 S Park Avenue in Streamwood.
The free wellness screening includes blood pressure, hemoglobin, glucose and heart rate.
Walk-ins welcome! No appointment necessary.
