Hanover Township Office of Community Health nurse will be providing free preventive wellness screenings at Centro de Informacion located at 1645 Irving Park Road, Suite 100 in Hanover Park.
The free wellness screening includes blood pressure, hemoglobin, glucose and heart rate.
Walk-ins welcome! No appointment necessary.
