Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare healthy meals and discusses health benefits, history, and culture behind the food. Bring containers so you can take samples home. 11/12 – Appetizer with filo cups, South Carolina shrimp burger
with tartare sauce, and clam chowder
11/26 – Hawaiian style fried chicken, Hawaiian salad, and soup
12/3– A classic beef tenderloin with horseradish sauce, garlic
mashed potatoes with ginger glazed carrots
