In-Person Applications will open Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM through December 12th at: Hanover Township Community Center, 7431 Astor Avenue, Hanover Park. The following documents will be required to register:
- Valid I.D.
- Proof of Residency (utility bill or piece of mailed dated within the last 30 days)
- Birth certificates for children 0-15 years or DHS Medical Card with birthdates
- Income covering 30 days prior to the date of application.
