Children's Immunization Clinic

Hanover Township has partnered with Kid Care Medical to offer free and low cost immunizations and school/sports physicals on a monthly basis. This clinic is offered the 2nd Thursday of every month from 4:00pm-7:00pm

Immunizations are $5 per shot or FREE with AllKids (Medicaid)

School physicals are also available for $25 or FREE with AllKids (Medicaid)

Kid Care Medical sees children ages: Newborn - 18 years

Walk-ins are welcome until 6:00pm, or you can call to make an appointment for your child at 630.483.5665
