Passport Services at Hanover Township The Hanover Township Clerk’s Office is a Passport Acceptance Agent.  Visit the office during the regular working hours of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Tuesday from 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.  Contact the office of Clerk Katy Dolan Baumer at (630)837-0301 with questions and special circumstances. Passport Photos are available at the Clerk's Office for $5 each.  Remember, if you cannot stop by our office during regular hours, call for a special appointment. We are here to serve you.
