Northern Illinois Food Bank’s Summer Food Service Program Provides Meals for Children At Risk of Hunger
Northern Illinois Food Bank today announces its participation in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). The Summer Food Service Program is designed to fill the gap that occurs when school lets out for summer vacation and children who received free and reduced-price breakfast and lunch during the school year through the School Breakfast and National School Lunch Programs do not have access to those meal programs.
