Hanover Township Youth and Family Services is seeking to hire a dynamic, effective and resourceful part-time Receptionist. This position requires someone who goes above and beyond, is adaptable and takes ownership for their work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take on challenging tasks while maintaining workload and organization is key. Candidates must enjoy providing professional, responsive and engaging customer service to our residents.
The ideal candidate will provide responsive, accurate, and efficient clerical, supportive and customer service assistance to residents and staff. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining daily operation of the front desk, answering and routing phone calls, and greeting residents. This position assists with client insurance billing for clinical services, fee collection and reconciliation of payments. This position is key in meeting the mission of the department by being the first point of contact with our residents.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent and one year of receptionist related work is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred. This position is scheduled for 27.5 hours per week Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM and willingness to be flexible when necessary for coverage by working mornings, evenings and/or Saturday as requested. Rate of pay is $12.50 to $13.50 per hour depending on qualifications.
