The Office of community Health is offering FREE Adult vision Risk Assessments from Prevent Blindness America. This is not an eye exam. The appointment will determine if you are at risk for age-related eye disease. The nurse will provide education about cataracts, risk factors, symptoms, and healthy habits to protect your vision. Registration required.
